PIANO BUY BACK PROGRAM


Our Piano Buy Back Program give students/parents assurance that they will not lose their entire investment in a piano if the student loses interest in a short period of time.  With our Buy Back Program, you will get:

  • Convenience:  You can conveniently bring your entire digital piano package back to the studio recuperate a significant portion of your original purchase price.  This relieves you of the stress of listing and managing an online auction, packaging and shipping, and having to meet a stranger and arrange for payment.
  • Peace of Mind: Having an instrument at home is necessary when studying music.  But there is always that fear that, after just a few months of lessons, the student will lose interest and never touch it again.  Our Buy Back program guarantees that you will be able to resell your digital quickly and easily.

How does the Buy Back Program work?   
It's simple:  When you purchase a complete digital piano package, you will receive with it a Piano Buy Back Program Agreement (see below to view complete document).  This agreement will become effective after four months of lessons (group or private) have been completed and paid for.  If at any time between that effective date and 16 months later, you decide you need to sell the piano, simply return all of the items from the package to Mountain Valley Studios.  You will receive up to 50% of the original purchase price.

What items are eligible for the Buy Back Program?
Only the complete piano packages are eligible for this program at this time.

Can anyone purchase a digital piano package and receive this program?
No.  This is only offered to students of Mountain Valley Studios.  The agreement is included with each piano package, but a Buy Back Claim cannot be submitted until at least 4 months of lessons have been completed.

Is there an extra fee to participate in the Buy Back Program?
No.  This is a built-in feature of the complete piano packages.

How much will I get for my product if I redeem my Buy Back option?
If the items are in Excellent or Like New condition, you will receive as much as 50% of your original purchase price.  Please see section 2 of the complete Mountain Valley Studios Buy Back Program Agreement (below) for more details.
