Private lessons are the most individualized approach to lessons. Each private instructor will help you determine lesson length and frequency, as well as which books and/or supplemental materials should be used. Private lessons will be taught with a very "fundamental" approach. A great deal of attention is placed on learning to read music accurately and confidently. Classical music may be a foundational part of lesson, but will also be supplemented with music the student is familiar with when they are ready. Private lessons are open to students ages 4-adult and cover all levels (beginner to advanced).
