To register for private lessons, student should first schedule a free one-on-one consultation appointment with the instructor.  After this appointment is completed, and you have decided to begin lessons, the receptionist can help you with the registration process.

Consultation appointments are only given prior to beginning group lessons under special circumstances (student has learning disability or other special need, student is not sure which level of class to begin with, etc.).   

Our receptionist is happy to help you to register for group lessons/classes in person at the studio.  Or you may download each of the following three forms and mail them to the studio with your payment.  Checks should be made payable to Mountain Valley Studios and mailed to:

If you wish to pay with a credit card, please note this on your registration forms.  After we receive your registration, someone will contact you to assist with completing this process.
