Music For Little Mozarts
Music For Little Mozarts is a music class for 3-5 year olds. In the fall and spring, students attend class once a week. (see notes below regarding summer session)
This is a course that uses various activities to teach music in a very fun way.  Each 45-minute class incorporates such activities as playing rhythm instruments, clapping exercises, singing, dancing, and learning to read basic music notation.  Students learn about various composers and styles of music.  They learn to follow a steady beat in music with their bodies and with rhythm instruments in order to make it easier to follow a beat while playing an instrument.  

Music For Little Mozarts was written specifically for preschool students, so it moves at a slow pace to allow for reinforcement of every concept.  By the end of two 10-week sessions, students will understand many basic musical concepts.  And they will know a little bit about several composers and the music they wrote. 

Although, this is great preparation for piano lessons, it is not limited to those who plan to take private lessons!  All preschoolers will enjoy and benefit from this class.  It does not include piano instruction, and you do NOT need to have a piano at home.

September 17 - November 19 (10 weeks of classes)

week of January 20 - week of March 31* (10 weeks of classes)

Tuition: $195 per 10-week session 
(Includes a take-home CD of songs we use in class)

Level One -- Tuesdays:  10:30-11:15am
                   Tuesdays:  11:45-12:30
                   Wednesdays:  11:15-12:00
                   Thursdays: 11:15-12:00

Little Mozarts Summer Mini-Camp

The Little Mozarts Summer Mini Camp uses the same curriculum as the Fall/Spring semester class.  Both Level One and Level Two camps are available.

Each day, the children will go through this rotation:  
Music class (approx. 40 min)
Bathroom & water break
Craft time (approx. 30 min)
Bathroom/water/snack
Music class (approx. 40 min)

The mini camp is open to ages 3-5.  However, if your child is not potty trained, I must ask that a parent stay on-site for the duration of the camp each day.
