CLASS REGISTRATION

Important Notes:

* After your registration is received, you will receive an email and an invoice from the studio. Payment can be made online (through the invoice) or in person.

*Class sizes are very limited.  Therefore, payment  must be made to reserve your spot in a class. 

*Tuition fees are non-refundable, unless the class is canceled due to low enrollment.  Your commitment is for the entire session. 

*There are no discounts for siblings.

    Complete This Form to Register for 
    any Little Mozarts Class, Little Singers Class, Group Piano Class or Summer Camp/Workshop.

    You must complete a separate form for each child.

    To complete your registration, please hit the "submit" form below.  Once this form is received, you will be sent a welcome email and an invoice for the class(es) you are enrolling in.  Payment must be received to hold your spot in the class.  There will be a link at the bottom of the invoice to pay online.  Or you can arrange a time to deliver cash or check directly to the studio.
